当社は昨年に続き、統合報告書を発行いたしました。前回は初めての発行であったため、基本的な掲載項目を網羅する構成としましたが、今回は2年目として、より当社独自の特徴や強みを伝える内容を意識した構成としています。
また、当社は2025年5月に中山製鋼所グループの長期計画を公表いたしました。長期計画では「新電気炉プロジェクトを基軸とした新たな成長ステージへ」をスローガンに掲げ、国内電気炉薄厚板分野で確固たる存在感を確立すべく、積極的な取り組みを推進しています。
「中山製鋼所 統合報告書2025」では、長期計画達成に向けた戦略について、経営トップおよび事業責任者による力強いメッセージをお届けし、皆様に当社グループへの理解をより一層深めていただければ幸いです。

今後も、情報開示の充実を図るとともに、投資家をはじめとするステークホルダーの皆様との建設的な対話を重視し、企業価値のさらなる向上に取り組んでまいります。

Our company has issued an Integrated Report again this year, following last year’s publication. As the previous report was our first, we structured it to comprehensively cover the fundamental disclosure items. This year, in our second edition, we have organized the content with a greater focus on communicating our unique characteristics and strengths.
In May 2025, we also announced the Nakayama Steel Works Group’s Long-Term Plan. Under the slogan of “Toward a New Stage of Growth with the New Electric Arc Furnace Project as the Core,” the Long-Term Plan promotes proactive initiatives to establish a solid presence in the domestic electric arc furnace thin and thick sheet field.
In the “Nakayama Steel Works Integrated Report 2025,” we present strong messages from our top management and business leaders regarding the strategies to achieve the Long-Term Plan, with the hope that this will further deepen understanding of our Group.

In the future, we will emphasize constructive dialogue with stakeholders, including investors, while continuously enhancing information disclosure and striving to further enhance corporate value.
